How DIGIVELL handles information submitted through this website and information associated with its use. Updated: 8 November 2026.
1. Who is responsible?

2. Information we process
Contact and project enquiries may include your name, email, phone number, company or website, requested services, target markets, budget and message. Job applications may include your name, email, role, portfolio or professional profile link and introduction. Website use may generate technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, page visits and server request records. Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your request.
3. Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, assess requirements, prepare proposals and take requested steps before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). General business correspondence and website security are based on legitimate interests in communicating with interested parties and protecting our services (Article 6(1)(f)). Recruitment information is used to assess applications and take steps towards a possible employment contract; applicable employment obligations may also require processing. Where optional analytics or tracking requires consent, consent is the relevant basis (Article 6(1)(a)). Providing required form fields is necessary to handle your submission; if they are missing, we may not be able to respond or assess it.
4. How long we retain it
Enquiries that do not become client relationships: up to 12 months after the last communication. Unsuccessful job applications: no longer than six months after the recruitment procedure has definitively closed, including applicable appeal periods, unless a special law requires otherwise. Longer retention for future recruitment requires separate consent. Client contracts, invoices and employment records are subject to their applicable legal retention requirements. Technical records are kept for the period necessary for security, troubleshooting and the configured operation of the relevant service; data needed for a specific incident or legal claim may be retained while that need continues. These limits apply to copies within our control as well as the working email records.
5. Service providers and website tools
The website uses hosting services provided through AlexHost, Google services for email and website measurement, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Sortlist Radar. These services may process information relevant to hosting, message delivery, visit measurement and business-interest analysis. Google Tag Manager manages tags; the tags it deploys determine the associated processing. Access to enquiry and application records is limited to people and providers who need it for the purposes described above. Analytics and tracking settings, including retention, depend on the relevant tool configuration. Browser cookie controls may restrict certain storage but do not necessarily prevent all tracking requests. Provider information: Google, Sortlist and AlexHost.
6. International processing
Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. The applicable location and transfer arrangements depend on the provider and service. Transfers requiring safeguards must meet GDPR Chapter V requirements, such as an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about the arrangements applicable to your data.
7. Your rights
Depending on the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Send requests to info@digivell.com. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. You may complain to Bulgaria’s Commission for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority.
8. Decisions and external links
The contact and application forms are used to collect submissions for review; the form itself does not make an automated hiring or customer-acceptance decision. External websites, including portfolio links and provider pages, have their own privacy practices.
9. Updates and contact
We will update this notice when the website’s data practices change. Questions about this notice or your personal information can be sent to info@digivell.com.
10. Cookie choices
Google Analytics is loaded only after analytics consent. Sortlist Radar is loaded only after marketing consent; its automatic form and click tracking are disabled. Google Tag Manager is loaded only when both categories are allowed. No choice or rejection keeps these optional tools off. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to review or withdraw your choice. On withdrawal the page reloads to stop previously loaded tools; information already transmitted is not recalled. The preference record is stored locally in this browser for up to 180 days. Known first-party tracking cookies are removed where accessible when their category is disabled; third-party cookies may require browser controls. Necessary language and preference functions remain available.
